This is cute and even cuter with a rat head under it. It is a rat sized and has a little flower with a ribbon hat band, quite a Lady Rat Bonnet. It stays on the ratties head with elastic. The elastic is left long when it arrives to you so that you can cut it or tuck it to fit your own rattie.

Our items are hand crafted, usually from our own patterns, in our non smoking SD USA home. No animal has worn this item, it is brand new!
